Correction only in Silver, this is not over at all

The recent pull-back in Silver has prompted some to begin speaking about the ‘end’ of the run in silver and gold.

While a risk of a prolonged pull-back (and by this I mean a few months) is a potential in the market the long-term fundamentals remain the same.

If you are still not convinced, try calling up anyone in Argentina that survived (or thrived) in that marketplace after the total default on sovereign debt…

Then ask yourself,

“What are the options for the way out of the situation for the US Federal government in the debt ceiling situation?”

Mania bound … take care along the way.

The precious metals market continues to show every sign that it will continue in a general bull trend.

The past week has seen some pull-back, normal for the multi-year progress of any bull market.

As with anything there are good and bad ways to participate.

The MLM world has inserted itself into the bullion markets, there are concerns about investors that Mike Maloney covers:

Be certain that you do not ‘overpay’ for bullion.

Simple one ounce maple leafs in silver or gold can be had for no more than 30% premium over current spot price. If you are paying more than this you are overpaying dearly.
